After the war, the steam generators were widely used in the thermal recovery technology of major oil companies in Europe and the United States. Its characteristics helped oil companies greatly improve oil recovery efficiency in onshore oilfields.
In modern times, with everlasting improvement and innovation we have made , our M series products can perfectly replace the boiler room, and really is the simplest solution to any boiler room problems.
No boiler Room Sustainability Integrated System
Having difficulties to apply for approval of new boiler room? KLD integrated and movable steam system can perfectly solve the problem and meet the steam demand (can also integrate mobile hot water system), without needing a painful approval process.
The entire system, including the integrated container (or skid plate), is a complete set of equipment, which can be installed outdoors without building a boiler room. The entire system is inspected and with full operating thermal testing in KLD factory before delivery. Upon arrival on site, clients only need to report to the local bureau and obtain a usage license.
M series products are designed to integrate all necessary system pipelines and auxiliary equipment into our carefully designed container, not like competition using a cheap pre-build plastic based temporally housing. All our clients have to do is simply connect air, water, fuel, electricity.
Our with mobile system, our clients can freely move the steam system closer to the end user or process. Which is a particularly important energy saving process which couldn’t be achieve in the past. This will greatly reduce heat lost in the steam pipelines. Many of the older factories have their boiler room far away from their process due to safety reasons. However, with a KLD Steam Generator, there is no chance of steam explosion, and now with our M series, client can have the steam system placed anywhere they like.
With KLD's deaerator system, we are capable of full thermal deoxidization, without the needs of any descaling or deoxidizing chemical.
When there are multiple unit set up, our clients can implement the KLD combustion linkage control system. Our control system can automatically adjust the inlet air volume and fuel ratio according to the set value calculation, so that the product combustion efficiency and energy consumption are always in the best state. It effectively improves the long-term stability and service life of the steam generators.
